Order Cancellation Requests

Orders Already in Process

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, packaged, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Food & Beverage Orders

Because of health and safety regulations, orders containing prepared food, beverages, coffee products, cigars, or other consumable items generally cannot be canceled or returned once preparation has begun or the order has been fulfilled.
